That has been the mantra for the last eight years here at Social Construction. But if we are being honest, the repetition is getting a little old. We believe that it is time for a new season, a new direction, and a renewed passion for the trades.
The new way forward will still retain all the aspects of what Social has been known for and what has won us some awards; attention to detail, excellent communication, cost/value transparency, and an exceptional renovation product.
What we are letting go of is the repetition, the old ways of doing renovations, the “this is how things have always been done” mentality. We accomplish this by combining years of on site experience, off site skill building, continued education in our specialities, and researching/implementing the use of new technology and building products for the renovation product we will be delivering to you.
After filling out the initial contact form, we can typically turn around a ballpark range for your project within 48hrs. If this is in your budget range we can proceed to the next step which is pre construction services. We no longer offer a competitive bids, meaning that when we quote a project we are not trying to beat the lowest price for the project. When we submit your estimate it will be with the understanding and knowledge that that is the cost for the skill level and end product we can deliver to you and your home. We believe that we are not just another general contracting company taking on every project that comes our way. We have spent years refining our skills in custom interior residential renovations. Doing things this way requires trust in the process and a commitment to a renovation product from both client and company.

All estimates are scheduled during the work day. Estimates are good for 30 days and pricing is subject to market and material availability.

We loved working with Social Construction Company. Mike was very thorough from beginning to end with our bathroom renovation. Mike takes his work very seriously and gets the job done the right way. I loved that he took his time and didn’t rush through the job. I appreciated how meticulous he was with even the smallest detail. He would let me know what he had finished for the day and what he would be doing the next day. Not every contractor does this, and it was nice to know what he was doing and why. He will always explain in detail and break it all down for you. He is fairly priced and does ask for a deposit to secure a spot just like any other company does.
We already booked Mike to install a barn door for us, and I look forward to hiring him again for another big project.
