Owner and Lead Inspector Mike Murphy is an interNACHI CPI* (certified professional inspector). He is also a licensed/insured residential contractor with over 16yrs of experience in the residential construction industry. Because of this, Mike has the unique ability to bring together his experience and knowledge of residential construction to the home buying/selling process. Mikes knowledge comes from being a part of every facet of the home renovation experience; from bathroom/kitchen remodels, basement finishing, additions, to roofing and siding, Mike has been hands on over the course of his remodeling career in all of these areas. While you can read about the many systems of a home in a book or online, what you can’t get is an understanding of how it all works together the way Mike has. This company was created out of the need the real estate industry has for educated, practical, and personable inspectors.
